Where are we?
Located in the heart of the village of Charre, on the border between Béarn and the Basque Country, Maison Xarra is a warm and welcoming house. It has spacious and bright rooms, a large living room with fireplace and a large garden where you can relax surrounded by animals (cats and chickens).
The house is ideal for language stays, as it offers both comfort and calm to encourage learning. You will stay in en-suite rooms with WIFI access, and will have the opportunity to share moments of conviviality with the family.
The fronton and playground are right next door – a great opportunity to chat with neighbors! There are also outdoor games (bowling, rackets, etc.) at your disposal.
How to get there?
- By car: Via the A64 highway
- By train: Direct trains from Paris or Bordeaux to Orthez train station (30 minutes by car from Charre).
- By plane: Biarritz, Pau or Tarbes-Lourdes airports
